Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 September 2026
1. Who we are
Good Supply Agency (ABN 12 917 699 817) is a business based on the Surf Coast, Victoria. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Good Supply Agency. You can contact us at hello@goodsupplyagency.com.au.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
2. What we collect
- Audit details: your first name, email, business name, website, mobile number, industry, your answers to the audit questions and the scores calculated from them.
- Survey answers: if you choose to complete our research survey, your answers about your business (for example team size, revenue band, lead sources and marketing spend) and anything you write in the open question.
- Booking details: if you book a call, your name, email, phone number and the time you choose.
- Communications: emails and messages you send us, and whether you open or click our emails.
- Website usage: pages visited, the site that referred you, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies (see section 7).
You don't have to give us any of this. If you don't, we may not be able to show or send you your results.
3. How we use it
- To calculate and show you your audit results, and email you a copy.
- To send you up to three short follow-up emails about your results.
- To send you a personal note if you complete the survey, and to arrange and run calls you book.
- For our research into how service businesses win and lose work. Research findings are only ever reported in grouped form that doesn't identify you or your business.
- To tell you about our services where you've shown interest, and to improve our website, audit and services.
- To meet our legal obligations.
4. Your score is calculated automatically
Your Lead System Score, stage scores and "biggest leak" are calculated automatically from your answers using a fixed scoring method. They are general information to help you, not a decision about you. Any decision about working together is made by a person, after talking with you.
5. Emails and unsubscribing
By completing the audit, you agree to receive your results and our follow-up emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also email us and we'll take you off the list.
6. Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as:
- HubSpot (our CRM, website, forms, email and booking tools)
- Google (business email and, where used, website analytics)
These providers only use your information to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
7. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies to understand how people use it and to connect your audit to your visit (for example, which page or ad you came from). We use HubSpot's tracking and Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to see which pages people visit, where they came from and how far they get through the audit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, although some tracking of where visits come from won't.
8. Storing information overseas
Our HubSpot account is hosted in Australia. Some of our service providers, including Google and some of HubSpot's own service providers, may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We use established providers with recognised security practices.
9. Keeping it secure
We store information in secure, access-controlled systems and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it.
10. Access, correction and deletion
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@goodsupplyagency.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.
11. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, please email us first and we'll try to sort it out. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
